Can I make a reservation for Today?
We can only confirm reservation made 48 hours before the transfer. For reservations done less than 48 hours before the transfer we cannot give you a guarantee. If you have waited till the last minute please contact us by WhatsApp, voice call or email and we will check for availability.
Can I change the details once the booking is made?
The services are organized due to the given information by the client. It is up to the client to inform to us for any changes. You can change or modify the booking up to 48 hours before your arrival. You only have to send us an e-mail with the modifications.
Will I receive a booking receipt?
We will send received payment and voucher by email, if you don´t receive email confirmation from us please check your spam box.
How to Book Baby Seat and Wheelchairs?
Baby Seat and Wheelchairs is on additional cost, please put note on your booking. Baby seats are not available on shared transfers or Join tours - only on private and VIP / Premier Transfers. Wheelchairs should be indicated in the observation field. For security and space reasons, please book a private transfer.
Where will I meet the driver or representative staff?
With your booking confirmation we will send you also all the necessary information like the meeting point with your driver or our representative staff, pick up times and contact numbers, in case of delays, please advise the local transport provider immediately. If you have problems to locate your driver or representative staff, please contact our local Supplier 24/7 assistance.
How shall I pay the reservation booking?
Payment must be paid in advance by credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa or PayPal, every payment processed through our platform is safe, secure and protected against fraud.
How to use
Our airport representative will have paging board under your name, you will be collected at airport arrival departure gate and you will be received WhatsApp contact number after your booking is confirmed.
Please well inform Time and Date of your arrival schedule (flight details) and confirm it with our local supplier by WhatsApp or email, in case of delays or change, please advise the local transport provider immediately.
The drop off: Clients who have booked a villa, hotel, finch (holiday cottage) or have private accommodation will be dropped off at the location or nearest place.

RETURN TRANSFER FROM YOUR ACCOMMODATION TO THE AIRPORT / PORT
Pick up times for the return transfer from your accommodation back to the airport or port are 48 hours in advance available on our Platform, the collection time is scheduled on the flight time and hotel we have been given, if there is any change you must let us know immediately.
Please note that the Pick Up the Time of the shuttle transfer are not negotiable.
If you have booked a shuttle service please be outside the main reception of your accommodation or the given pick up point where the driver can see you clearly at least ten minutes before your pick up time.
If you could not locate your driver 10 minutes after the confirmed pick up time please contact the 24/7 assistance of the local transport company.
